Role OverviewThe Yard Hand assists with tasks to achieve service department objectives, working closely with the Yard Foreman and fellow crewmembers.
What You Will Do
Haul, block, and launch boats, perform general boat maintenance, operate yard machinery, and maintain grounds and marina cleanliness.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous marina experience
- Heavy forklift experience
- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic boat handling skills
