Job Description
Directs the activities of yard personnel to ensure good customer service and safe and efficient movement of goods and equipment. Manages yard staff, inspects loading operations, and provides on-the-job training. Ensures a safe and clean work environment and assists customers with loading and delivery status.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 5 years of yard operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge of yard and product activities, operation and handling of machinery and equipment
  • Ability to plan and coordinate work processes, communicate with teams and work groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
