Job Description
Fleet Farm seeks a Yard Team Member to provide excellent customer service, assist with merchandise presentation, and operate material handling equipment. The ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, and dependable, with a high school diploma or GED and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Ensure merchandise presentation standards are in place in the yard and surrounding work areas
  • Maintain backroom locator accuracy within yard area
  • Effectively load merchandise into customers' vehicles while following all safety guidelines
  • Transport product throughout the facility while safely operating a forklift or other material handling equipment
