Role OverviewJoin 33Floors, a global team of over 65 specialists delivering expertise in Yardi implementation, support, development, and data services. As a Yardi Consultant, you'll lead multifamily owners, operators, and third-party managers across the US and Canada through complex Yardi implementations, platform migrations, optimizations, upgrades, and advisory engagements.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include leading full-cycle Yardi implementation and optimization workstreams, owning platform onboardings onto Yardi, documenting current-state processes, and configuring, supporting, and advising on the residential Yardi stack.

Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Yardi residential environments — Voyager 8 and RentCafe at minimum
- Demonstrated onboarding or migration experience from at least one non-Yardi platform
- Experience with Yardi-to-Yardi conversions, database consolidations, or multi-entity Voyager environments
- Hands-on experience across both conventional/market-rate and affordable portfolios
- Working knowledge of North American multifamily property accounting
- Excellent client-facing communication
- Self-starter who operates with minimal oversight in a remote, distributed team
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing less experienced consultants or analysts
- Experience leading or playing a senior role in full-cycle system implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or complex module rollouts
- Strong discovery and requirements-gathering skills
- Strong project management instincts
