What You Will Do
Optimize production processes (autolysis, microfiltration, drying, etc.) alongside the group's industrial management, support the drying department at Cedar Rapids, conduct and coordinate studies and continuous improvement actions in terms of time, organization, and cost, participate in the start-up of new installations, lead industrial trials, and take on other assigned projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in food-industrial engineering
- At least 1 year of industrial field experience (postgraduate)
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of unit operations of industrial processes
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with autonomy, initiative, and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on engineering mindset
