Join Stew Leonard's as a full-time manager in the Yonkers Seafood Department through our Management Development for College Graduates program. The program includes a 12-18 month paid full-time position with structured learning experiences and training, and is designed to cultivate skilled leaders who are ready to step into managerial roles within Stew Leonard's.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Minimum grade average of C, or better
  • Submit an online application

  • Supervisor experience or equivalent
  • Willingness to relocate, both for the program and/or post-graduation
  • Flexible schedule to include opening and closing shifts
