Job Description
The YFS – Career Coach is responsible for providing skills training and support at work sites, including Oregon Department of Human Services branch offices and private/public employer worksites.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, with at least two (2) years' experience or additional education in providing job skills training
  • Current Oregon driver's license, acceptable driving record, and qualify for employer-provided insurance coverage
  • Must pass required criminal history and other background screenings
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills in both languages (preferred)
  • IMatch experience (preferred)
