Job Description
The YFS – Career Coach is responsible for providing skills training and support at work sites, including Oregon Department of Human Services branch offices and private/public employer worksites.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required, with at least two (2) years' experience or additional education in providing job skills training
Current Oregon driver's license, acceptable driving record, and qualify for employer-provided insurance coverage
Must pass required criminal history and other background screenings
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills in both languages (preferred)
