Role OverviewJoin a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth as a Youth Care Worker - Days at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth, monitor and document behaviors, and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
What You Will Do
Provide 24-hour security and supervision, monitor and document behaviors, join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time, and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, one-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education, and the ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.
