Role OverviewJoin a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth. As a Youth Care Worker - Nights, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth.
What You Will Do
Monitor and document behaviors, assist and mentor the youth during Sports and Recreation time, and provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision.

Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Have one-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
