Role Overview

We are seeking PRN Youth Care Workers to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment team. As a Youth Care Worker I, you will work 10-20 hours weekly, greeting residents, leading engaging activities, providing guidance and support, and documenting progress.

What You Will Do

Your role is more than supervision—it’s about being a steady, supportive presence in a young person’s life. You will assist with daily living tasks, transport residents, and ensure safety and structure.
