Job Description
As a Youth Care Worker, you will facilitate a positive living environment for teenage residents by offering support, encouragement, and guidance. The ability to understand the perspective of others is critical and staff must truly care about the success of youth.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to type and document daily activities
  • Must be caring and resilient
  • Current student or graduate with a degree in human services, behavioral counseling, criminal justice, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with an adolescent population preferred but not required
