Job Description
As a Youth Care Worker, you will facilitate a positive living environment for our teenage residents by offering support, encouragement, and guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to type and document daily activities
  • Must be caring and resilient
  • Current student or graduate with a degree in human services, behavioral counseling, criminal justice, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with an adolescent population preferred but not required
