Role OverviewAs a Youth Care Worker, you will provide for the physical and emotional needs of adolescent residents (ages 12-18) in a group home setting. You will work cooperatively with other staff in planning and supervision of recreational and leisure time activities within Group Home and community.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include enforcing and maintaining consistency concerning policies, rules, and licensing standards, managing funds disbursed for client services, and making frequent decisions regarding residents' activities and behaviors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services/related field from an accredited school
- Minimum age of 21
- Must have & maintain acceptable driving record
- Comfortable working with children ages 12-18
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekend and/or evening shifts
- Ability to work appropriately and effectively with the adolescent population
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
