Job Description
As a Youth Care Worker, you will facilitate a positive living environment for teenage residents by offering support, encouragement, and guidance. You will lead daily programming activities, engage with residents through recreational activities, and respond to critical resident needs.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to type and document daily activities
  • Must be caring and resilient
  • Current student or graduate with a degree in human services, behavioral counseling, criminal justice, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience working with an adolescent population (preferred)
