Job Description
As a Youth Care Worker, you will facilitate a positive living environment for teenage residents, offering support, encouragement, and guidance. The role involves leading daily programming activities, engaging with residents through recreational activities, and responding to critical resident needs. You will also participate in developing and maintaining a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Ability to type and document daily activities
  • Must be caring and resilient
  • Current student or graduate with a degree in human services, behavioral counseling, criminal justice, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with an adolescent population preferred but not required
