Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth as a Youth Care Worker-NIGHTS at Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, Florida. Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth, monitor and document behaviors, and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position
  • 60 hours of college education
  • Driver's License
