Role Overview

As a member of One80 Place’s Data and Compliance Team, the Youth Data and Evaluation Manager leads community-wide data analysis and program evaluation to strengthen the response to youth homelessness. The role partners with youth-serving providers, the Youth Action Board (YAB), and cross-sector systems to support continuous quality improvement (CQI) and demonstrate progress toward improved outcomes for young people.

What You Will Do

Design and lead qualitative and quantitative evaluations of YHDP-funded projects and related homelessness initiatives. Develop, revise, and monitor dashboards and recurring performance reports to track community progress toward preventing and ending youth homelessness.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience producing actionable insights from complex datasets and communicating findings to non-technical audiences. Strong skills in Excel and at least one data visualization tool are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data/quantitative analysis, public administration, sociology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, program evaluation, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated experience producing actionable insights from complex datasets and communicating findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong skills in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners across agencies and systems.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills.
