Role OverviewThe Youth Development Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for RCCYC's mentorship and youth leadership programming. This role develops and manages a team of part-time mentors who support youth through leadership development, service learning, character development, and life-skills programming.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement youth leadership programming, facilitate programs focused on leadership development, service learning, mentorship, and community impact, and create opportunities for youth to participate in community service, volunteerism, and leadership experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with youth programs, mentorship programs, or community-based organizations
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff, volunteers, or mentors
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Experience developing youth leadership, service-learning, or mentorship programs preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop youth and staff in a positive, structured environment
