Role OverviewYouth Development Professional (YDP) will plan and deliver programs and activities for youth, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. They will demonstrate leadership, provide guidance, and establish positive relationships with youth. The YDP will also supervise members, maintain program areas, and support evaluation and reporting.
