Role Overview

The Youth Development Site Director will oversee the after-school child care program at the Northside Family YMCA, planning programming, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with child care licensing standards.

Responsibilities include program planning, supervision of school-age children, and day-to-day operations of the child care center.
