Role OverviewThe Youth Educator will work with elementary-aged youth in an after-school program, providing high-quality educational, recreational, and youth-development programming. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, creative, and youth-centered, with the ability to develop and facilitate engaging activities across multiple enrichment areas.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, developing and facilitating structured lesson plans, adapting activities for students with different abilities, and promoting positive youth development through mentorship and relationship-building.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience working with elementary-aged youth
- Ability to develop and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and enrichment activities
- Ability to lead activities in multiple enrichment areas
- Strong youth-engagement, communication, group-management, and behavior-support skills
