Role OverviewThe Coordinator will be responsible for the overall supervision of the entire department, supervising volunteers and/or staff, and ensuring safety standards and rules are followed. They must be able to cooperate and work with YMCA staff to provide a quality program.
What You Will Do
Coordinate department functions, create a safe environment, keep supplies organized, maintain and clean facilities, and report any problems that may arise.

Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to cooperate and work with YMCA staff
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
