Job Description
LSSI is hiring a part-time Youth Life Skills Coach to provide direct skills coaching and teaching to children in the Treatment Foster Care Program.

Requirements

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral coaching and teaching to children
  • Work closely with team members to identify and teach specific skills
  • Collaborate with team members to provide prosocial skill development
  • Accompany and supervise children on activities and outings
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and trainings
  • Complete and submit progress notes and agency reports
  • Participate in supervisory process and staffing
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity
