Job Description
The Youth Mental Health Therapist will provide in-office and telehealth counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care. This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility to see both adults and youth in the caseloads.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
  • Licensure: social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio
  • Intake screening and orientation for new clients
  • Providing mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
  • Providing crisis intervention as necessary
  • Participating in coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
  • Providing group counseling as needed
  • Meeting or exceeding agency required productivity and documentation standards
