Role OverviewWe're looking for a Youth Pastor to lead and oversee middle school, high school, and young adult ministries. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal relationship with Jesus, a servant-hearted leadership style, and the ability to mobilize and lead teams. The Youth Pastor will participate in the Leadership Team and occasionally in Weekend Teaching.
What You Will Do
The Youth Pastor will be responsible for leading and overseeing middle school, high school, and young adult ministries, including recruiting and leading church members to serve and lead. They will also be expected to teach regularly at an appropriate level for students and young adults, and occasionally to the whole church family.
