Role Overview

Youth Program Aide Interns support daily Club operations while completing academic fieldwork requirements. This role provides hands-on experience in youth development, program facilitation, and positive behavior support within a safe, structured, and mission-driven environment.

What You Will Do

Build positive, supportive relationships with youth ages 6–18. Assist with planning and facilitating daily programs, activities, and enrichment opportunities. Support homework help, academic skill-building, and project-based learning.

Requirements
