Job Description
The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing youth-based programming and events as coordinated with the Red Shield Program Director. This includes annual gatherings, weekly programming, external programs, and special events.
Requirements
Associate degree in related field preferred
Experience in multi-faceted program-centric business activities and administration
Managerial proficiency, public speaking, staff management, and written communication expertise
Driver's license and ability to drive Salvation Army vehicles (Class B license preferred)
Pass all required courses and training associated with the position
