Youth Program Coordinator

The Youth Program Coordinator supports the successful delivery of Youth programming at the Princeton branch of GSCYMCA. This is done through support with scheduling, staff oversight, program development, and any other functions that support the branches' goals. The Coordinator oversees and manages child care and youth programs, including daily operations, activity planning, scheduling, facility coordination, and maintaining program records and compliance documentation.

What You Will Do

Manage program administration and enrollment operations, including application processing, registration systems, attendance tracking, and maintaining accurate participant and program data. Ensure program quality, safety, and compliance with organizational standards, state licensing, and other regulatory or stakeholder requirements through regular evaluation, inspections, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Associate's degree in early childhood education, Child Development or a related field preferred
• One to two years related work experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
