Role OverviewSoccer Shots is hiring part-time coaches who want to positively impact children's lives. Our coaches lead high-energy, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–10 while teaching character development.
What You Will Do
Lead 30-45 minute sessions using our curriculum, travel to partner locations for sessions, communicate professionally with families, site staff, and our leadership team.

We hire coaches who love working with kids, have childcare or teaching experience, and are enthusiastic about sharing the joy of sports.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children
- Safety-conscious, caring, organized, responsible, and energetic
- Able to follow a lesson plan and represent Soccer Shots professionally
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commit to multiple consecutive seasons
