Role OverviewThe Youth Soccer Instructor will motivate and effectively communicate with members, parents, and students, and exercise mature judgment and sound decision-making. They will create a welcoming environment for all members and guests, develop rapport, and maintain effective relationships with members, participants, and other staff.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include refereeing, coaching, and/or supervising various youth sports programs, enforcing health and safety rules, and responding to emergency situations.
