Role OverviewThe YMCA is seeking energetic and dedicated child care Youth Specialists to provide direct supervision in a safe, fun and educational environment for all Middle School Academy participants.
What You Will Do
Supervises an assigned group of children to ensure safety, nurtures children and provides academic growth opportunities, engages children by facilitating program activities, and establishes a positive rapport with children, parents, and staff.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year previous child care experience is preferred
- Desire and ability to work with children of all ages
- Demonstrated responsibility and dependability
- Excellent communication skills
