Role OverviewTGA of Southern Westchester is looking for enthusiastic, reliable coaches to lead and support fun, engaging, and safe after-school programs for children ages 5–15. We provide structured golf, tennis, and pickleball programs at schools and community facilities throughout Southern Westchester and Fairfield County.
What You Will Do
Lead or support after-school programs for children ages 5–15, teach fun, age-appropriate drills, games, and activities, and create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of at least one of our sports and be comfortable sharing that knowledge with children. We're looking for people who love sports, enjoy working with kids, and want to make a positive impact.
Requirements
- 18+ for Lead Coach positions
- Solid understanding of at least one: golf, tennis, or pickleball
- Passion for sports and working with children
- Energetic, positive, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
