Role OverviewThe Youth Sports Instructor will motivate and supervise youth in various sports programs, creating a welcoming and safe environment. They will work as part of a team, enforce health and safety rules, and respond to emergency situations. The Instructor will also provide a fun and safe environment with a positive attitude.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include refereeing, coaching, and supervising youth sports programs, setting up and putting away equipment, and enforcing health and safety rules. The Instructor will also respond to emergency situations and maintain effective relationships with members and staff.
