Role OverviewWe're looking for an organized, energetic leader to help grow two of the nation's leading youth enrichment programs: Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes. This role combines leadership, coaching, operations, marketing, and community engagement into one exciting position.
What You Will Do
You'll spend your time leading coaches, building relationships with schools and families, representing our programs at community events, and helping create amazing experiences for thousands of children throughout North Texas.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare
- Must be willing to drive to locations as needed
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Must pass state-required criminal background check
