Role OverviewWe're looking for passionate, reliable Youth Sports Coach Volunteers and Youth Program Volunteers to join our team and help make a difference! As a Youth Sports Volunteer Coach, you'll lead practices and games for your team, communicate with players and parents, and report any issues to the league organizer. As a Youth Program Volunteer, you'll assist the YMCA Coach in executing lesson plans, lead practices, and aid in setup and breakdown of activities.

Requirements
- Must have completed 6th grade
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Knowledge and/or experience of applicable sport/program or desire to aid in the Youth Leagues
- Dependable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass required clearances
