Job Description
The Village Network is seeking a Youth Therapist to provide clinical support to youth and their families in Belmont County. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, and experience working with diverse populations. Competitive salary, 272 hours of PTO, and a signing bonus are offered.

Requirements

  • Provide behavioral health services to clients
  • Assess client's therapeutic needs and establish a therapeutic relationship
  • Complete documentation and paperwork, including assessments, progress notes, and Individual Service Plans
  • Serve as a contact point for families, agencies, and court
  • Attend staff meetings and court hearings as needed
  • Design, write, and coordinate individual treatment plans for each client
  • Implement TVN's clinical models with fidelity
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations/families
