Role OverviewYouth Worker at Grant House, a community-based group home providing 24-hour staffing and a therapeutic component for 6 boys aged 13-18 with trauma and behavioral issues. The home offers a normal, home-like setting with structure, services, and treatment for the boys to be safe, heal, and grow.
What You Will Do
Maintain the physical environment, monitor client medications, utilize effective communication, teach daily living skills, assist with administrative tasks, prepare educational groups, and collaborate with providers and families.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years' experience working with a relevant population
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
