Role OverviewThe Zone Leader coordinates with other work cells and departments to meet production requirements of the company and needs of the customers, with accountability for results in terms of costs, methods, quality, quality of production, operations, and personnel.
What You Will Do
Assists with scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff within the department. Assists with conducting constructive and timely performance evaluations. May be asked to participate in accident/incident reviews and develop corrective actions.

Must be willing to learn all positions within the team and production cell. Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of machine operator experience within a production cell or similar manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow jobs through to completion.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
