As a Zone Team Leader, you will provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a store zone, overseeing merchandising, customer service, and associate experience. Key responsibilities include executing established procedures, ensuring store standards and Ops Center compliance, supervising associates, and performing various tasks such as opening and closing the store. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, minimum of two years' retail experience in a supervisory role, and ability to work on site/in person evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
