Job Description
Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! We're looking for a Zone Team Leader to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' retail experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work on site/in person evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities
  • Knowledge of industry terms and processes
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and delegate tasks
  • Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
