Role OverviewWe are looking for a Zuora Billing & Revenue Specialist to take ownership of a live Zuora environment, design and deploy new pricing models, and serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex billing and revenue recognition issues.
What You Will Do
Design, configure, and deploy new pricing models, product catalogs, and revenue rules within live Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue environments, and troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across billing, revenue, integrations, and system architecture.

Requirements

- 4+ years of deep hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue
- Strong expertise in Zuora architecture
- Solid practical understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15
- Strong experience with APIs, middleware, and data flow troubleshooting
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or SAP
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical Finance stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate English level
