Job Description
The IT Corporate Technology Zuora Business Analyst provides technical support and troubleshooting issues with Zuora Billing software, understanding the Zuora QTC billing and Revenue Recognition process. The incumbent configures and maintains Zuora based on business requirements and handles urgent escalation issues.

Requirements

  • Act as primary liaison between DFIN IT team and critical functional teams
  • Handle urgent escalation issues and prioritize based on severity
  • Provide support in changing Invoice templates, rules and conditions
  • Execute Zuora system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
  • Identify benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system design solutions
