Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

The Clinical Business Development Program Manager provides consultative and analytical review of potential clinical business development opportunities for Fred Hutch-as an integral member of the Clinical Business Development team.  This role works collaboratively in a team-based environment, managing clinical business development, market assessments, and data and financial analyses.  The successful candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This position will be Monday-Friday, from 8am-5pm with some flexibility. 
Responsibilities

Work contributes to the overall clinical business development strategy and roadmap
Research and monitor emerging trends and market dynamics to help inform clinical business development opportunities (e.g., new geographies, new growth initiatives, etc.)
Leads and participates in the development of analyses and business plans to support the identification and assessment of new opportunities
Partners with internal and external parties and other stakeholders to assist in the development and implementation of collaboration models as appropriate
Conducts in-depth analyses and compiles reports/dashboards into business collaborations'/initiatives' performance and to identify areas for improvement
Manages clinical business development plans/projects and leads activities to ensure plans/projects are on-track and meeting objectives
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare administration or similar area
At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce and work environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and build relationships
Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights using critical thinking skills
Ability to develop business plans and financial analyses
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Highly flexible, able to multitask, and able to change focus easily
Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and meet goals in a timely manner

The annual base salary range for this position is from $126,984.00 to $200,678.40, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.  
 
This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.
