The role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring continuity of care. The position works as a primary point of contact for patients and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements: RN license or equivalent; current WA, MN, or BC RN license. BLS and current NC licensure (MSL) or equivalent are required. Prior oncology nursing experience and training in telephone/outpatient clinics is preferred
